Prof. Amia Lieblich conducted interviews with 29 women rabbis rabbis from Israel — across all denominations and across a wide age range.

In her book, she also interviewed Rabbanit Sarah Segal-Katz, who shared her journey into halakhic studies, her role as a Meshiva (halakhic responder), and her activism for state recognition of women’s halakhic studies. Alongside this, she is also active in the field of safeguarding and preventing sexual abuse, particularly by figures of halakhic authority.
